Literally not much you can do when your mind is totally in a mess, but
running is kinda a good option. You can enjoy the fresh air, seeing other people, dogs, cyclist, football players, athletes, machos and pretty girls alike. I love running. Besides that, it will help myself feel a bit better after a week of Sushi, Asam Pedas, Curry, Burger, French Fries, Potato Chips and so on. Oh, and I know I
can have a good reason to taste them again too. Hahaha. Your heartbeat and the breathing tempo is the best counsellor, they
communicate with you. So try it out, do some running. Run in the morning, in the evening, in the
night or midnight. Midnight is the one recommend the most cause the atmosphere
and the entire feeling is the best, but still, ensure the safety. It’s the feeling of moving forward. It’s sort of like running towards your goal, if you can imagine what I mean. After miles and miles you will eventually feels like reborn. So, run happy!
